ActivInspire Toolbar disappears

If the toolbar is missing from ActivInspire, please try the following to open preferences to add it back:

1.) press the command/control key and the J key at the same time.
2.) choose View > Customize from the ActivInspire menu bar.
3.) choose ActivInspire > Preferences from the ActivInspire menu bar.

This should bring up the option to reset the profile and add the toolbar back.
