Google Forms in Schoology

Google forms are not available to add as an assignment in Schoology.  But there is a work around that you can use as follows:

Go to Add Materials > Add File/Add Link/Add External Tool > Paste the URL of the Google Form > Add a title > Select "Display in new window". This will allow your students to directly get to the Google Form and successfully make a submission.
