Projector flashing when connected to Elitebook 840 laptop in ES Library

On your desktop, right click the mouse, choose "Display settings" from the drop down menu
Move down the screen and choose "Advanced Display Settings"
Click "Display Adapter Properties for Display 1"
Click "List all Modes"
Select 1440x900 60 Hz 32 bit from the list
Click Ok
Click Apply
Click OK

The projector will now stop flashing and work properly.
